Data Oracles

Data oracles on Any.trade gather information for underlying indices at intervals specified by each index, such as every 5 minutes, 15 minutes, 1 hour, 4 hours, 1 day, or 1 week. These oracles are incentivized for their accurate and honest contributions, while penalties are imposed for submissions that significantly deviate from the median value of all contributions. Utilizing a Proof of Stake (PoS) consensus mechanism on the Any.trade Layer 1 blockchain, oracles collectively vote on each new data point. In this system, any oracle has the authority to "dispute" data, triggering an internal arbitration process to ensure the integrity and accuracy of the information.
